Loan Amount
Approved based on the calculated financing requirements, covering both investment and working capital needs as determined by the Credit/Financing Committee.
Loan Tenor
The facility tenor and each disbursement follow the applicable terms for investment and working capital financing and are subject to approval by the Credit Committee.
Bank’s Benefits
The Bank’s benefit comes from the margin applied to the sale transaction, which is added to the original acquisition cost to form the final selling price. This margin remains fixed until the financing is fully settled.
