  • Not included in the black list of Bank Indonesia.
  • Indonesian Citizen (WNI) and/or Indonesian Legal Entity.
  • Other terms and conditions refer to other financing terms and conditions applicable at the Bank.

What is commercial property financing with an IMBT contract?

 

This is financing to meet customer needs for commercial property assets, which use Sharia principles based on direct leasing or sale & lease back, for business property needs such as: kiosks, shop houses, warehouses, factories, office space and office buildings.

What is a direct lease and sale and lease back scheme?

 

  • Direct leases are financing for the purchase of commercial property assets through direct purchases based on Sharia principles.
  • Sale and lease back are financing to meet the cash flow needs of the Customer, through the mechanism of refinancing/selling of commercial property assets owned by the Customer  with Sharia principles to the Bank, or take over of facilities/transfer of financing facilities from other non- Bank Bank/LK. Furthermore, the assets are leased back from the Bank to the Customer..

Does Maybank have a limit on the types of properties that can be financed?

 

The Bank does not limit the types of business property that can be financed as long as it does not conflict with Sharia principles.

What is the financing limit from Maybank Commercial Property Financing and what is the rate?

 

The Bank can provide commercial property financing according to the property price required by the Customer starting from IDR100,000,000, with competitive pricing according to the Bank's policy, the value of which will be informed when the Customer applies for financing

Customers can visit agents/commercial property developers who have collaborated with Maybank or visit Maybank Branch Offices throughout Indonesia.
