Collection Services are receiving services that enable the Customer to collect receivables or receipts in an effective, integrated and safe manner.
1. Incoming Fund Transfer
Incoming Fund Transfer within Maybank Account
Real time incoming fund transfer service between Customer accounts in Maybank (overbooking) so that the receipt is guaranteed and efficient.
Incoming Fund Transfer from Local Bank (SKNBI/RTGS/BI-Fast/RTOL)
Incoming fund transfer service from other local bank that can be done through the process of Sistem Kliring Nasional Bank Indonesia (SKNBI)/Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS)/BI-FAST/Real Time Online Transfer(RTOL).
Bank service to receive fund transfer in foreign currency from both within and outside the country. Currencies that can be transacted: AUD, CAD, CHF, CNY, EUR, GBP, HKD, JPY, SGD, NZD, MYR, THB & USD.
2. TKI Remittance
Foreign Worker Telegraphic Transfer (FWTT)
A collaboration between Maybank Indonesia and Maybank Malaysia in serving migrant workers' remittances to Indonesia through Maybank Malaysia.
3. Warkat Kliring
Bank service for Customer to receive deposit on warkat (bilyet giro) that will be processed for clearing to be credited to the Customer's account at Maybank.
Bank service to allow Customer to receive deposit on warkat (bilyet giro) outside the clearing area to be processed as local clearing to be credited to the Customer's account at Maybank.
4. Cash/Warkat Deposit
Bank service so that Customer can deposit cash or warkat (check/bilyet giro) through Maybank branch teller counters spread throughout Indonesia.
5. Cash/Warkat Pick Up Service
Cash and/or warkat (bilyet giro) collection service from the Customer's location or branch/depot specified by the Customer to be deposited at the bank quickly, easily and safely.
Specifically for cash collection services at certain locations, Customers can use cash deposit machine services as a means to make deposits whenever needed, or can use cash collection services with the addition of automatic and real-time deposit crediting features through the mobile phone provided.
6. Direct Debit
Bank service to ease the process of collection/receiving incoming funds on a scheduled basis by debiting multiple accounts and crediting into one account in Maybank through an easy, fast and secure process.
7. Account Management Service
Statement delivery service for transaction(s) and bank account mutation for corporate Customer in standard format of SWIFT MT940/950 and available through SWIFT, Electronic Channel M2E and Host to Host method.
