Import Letters of Credit (LC) and Surat Kredit Berdokumen Dalam Negeri (SKBDN) (Local LC)

  • Submission of Letter of Credit (LC) and Domestic Documentary Credit (SKBDN)
    A Letter of Credit (LC) and SKBDN are documents issued by the Bank that guarantee payment to the seller, if the seller meets the conditions specified in the document. This section provides ease of submission for issuance/modification of LC/SKBDN through the Bank.
  • LC/SKBDN Details
    Customers can enter information related to LC/SKBDN, such as the amount, term, and other conditions through forms, pre-prepared templates, or existing LC/SKBDN copies for further processing.
  • LC/SKBDN Inquiries and Follow-Ups
    Customers can ask questions regarding previously issued LC/SKBDNs and follow up on the status or processes related to those LC/SKBDNs.
  • LC/SKBDN Instructions to the Bank
    Provide further instructions to the Bank regarding LC/SKBDN transactions, such as changes in conditions or additional steps to be taken during the transaction process.

Export Letters of Credit/Surat Kredit Berdokumen Dalam Negeri (Inward LC/SKDBN Advising)

  • Notification of Export Letter of Credit (LC)/SKBDN
    Customers receive online notifications regarding export LCs/SKBDNs issued by the Bank, which guarantees payment from the buyer (importer) if the seller (exporter) meets all the conditions.
  • Inquiries about Export LC/SKBDN
    Customers can ask questions or request clarifications regarding received export LCs/SKBDNs to ensure that all information and requirements are correct.
  • Notification of LC/SKBDN Amendments
    Customers receive notifications about amendments (changes) made to export LCs/SKBDNs or other messages from the Bank informing them of changes in conditions or further instructions related to the LC/SKBDN.

Undertaking Issued (CG/DG/SBLC – Outward)

  • Submission of Demand Guarantees/Issued Guarantees
    Customers can submit issuance and amendments (modifications) of Demand Guarantees, Counter Guarantees, and also ask questions and follow up on guarantees that have been issued by the Bank.
  • Request for Standard Guarantees
    Customers can request the Bank to issue standard guarantees according to the desired purpose or otherwise and can attach examples of guarantees needed for the Bank as a reference.
  • Standby Letter of Credit
    Customers can initiate, amend, and ask questions regarding Standby Letters of Credit (SBLC), which serve as a payment guarantee or as a backup if the relevant party fails to meet their obligations.

Undertaking Advised (CG/DG/SBLC – Inward)

  • Notification of Received Guarantees
    Customers will receive online notifications about Inward Guarantees or Inward SBLCs recommended by the Bank, which function to inform Customers about the issuance of guarantees or SBLCs involving the applicant and beneficiary.
  • Inquiries about Received Guarantees
    Customers can ask questions online regarding received guarantees or Inward Standby LCs, including further information about the terms or status of guarantees issued by the Bank.

Import Collections

  • Notification of Incoming Documents
    Customers will receive notifications from the Bank regarding incoming documents collected by the Bank, even before physically retrieving the documents from the Bank.
  • Inquiries and Instructions about Invoices
    Customers can ask questions or provide further instructions regarding invoices related to the incoming documents.

Export Collection

  • Billing Instructions
    Allows Customers to send billing instructions to the Bank.
  • Inquiries and Follow-Up on Invoices
    Customers can ask questions and follow up on submitted invoices.

Financing Request

  • Financing Requests
    Customers can send financing requests to the Bank using this module.
  • Financing Follow-Up
    Customers can follow up on financing transactions by sending and receiving updates on records to and from the Bank

Shipping Guarantee (SG)

  • Submission of Shipping Guarantee (SG)
    Customers can submit SG issuance requests to the Bank.
  • Inquiries and Follow-Up on SG
    Customers can ask questions, follow up, and provide further instructions related to SG.
