Customer Consent

• All data, information, and/or documents that I provided to the Bank ìn Application Form for the purpose of applying Maybank Mortgage Loan Facility (“Purpose”) is true, accurate, and constitutes current data and documents according to the original (if provided in the form of a copy). If there are changes to the data and/or documents, I must notify Bank of such changes in writing and/or verbally, accompanied by supporting data/documents. If the data/information and/or documents that I submitted is not true, the Bank is not responsible for any consequences arising from the provision of such data/information and/or documents.
• I agree and grant authority to the Bank to use, manage, disclose, or conduct information checks/verification to third parties cooperating with or appointed by the Bank, on all data, descriptions, information, and documents received by the Bank regarding me, including but not limited to personal data, transactions, status, collectability.
• If there is data, information, and/or documents belonging to another party provided or conveyed by me to the Bank, I stating and guaranteeing that they have obtained valid consent from other parties to provide such data, information, and/or documents to the Bank for use during the necessary period in connection with the implementation of the purpose, and the Bank will store the data, information, and/or documents belonging to other parties in accordance with the applicable data security standards at the Bank.
  I understands that the Bank processes Personal Data and applies the principles of Personal Data Protection in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection, including its amendments from time to time (hereinafter referred to as the PDP Law) and its implementing regulations, including the Financial Services Authority Regulations issued in the future. I can read the summary of the Bank's Personal Data Processing Policy in the Bank's Privacy Notice, which can be accessed at any time on the Bank's website: https://www.maybank.co.id on the Security and Privacy page. The Bank will update the Privacy Notice from time to time in accordance with the Bank's policies and/or to comply with the Bank's obligations under applicable laws and regulations. By signing this Form, I states that they have read and understood the Bank's explanation regarding the processing of Personal Data and agree that the definition of Personal Data used in this Form is as referred to in the PDP Law and give their consent to the Bank to process Personal Data by the Bank in connection with the implementation of the Purpose.
• If in the future, for one reason or another, the Bank provides Personal Data belonging to the authorized party representing the Bank to me, I agree and understand that I will apply the principles of Personal Data Protection in accordance with the PDP Law. I am willing to take responsibility if providing Personal Data originating from the Bank to other parties.
