A: Selected participants will undergo orientation with the NGO and will be guided to conduct fundraising using the platforms provided by the NGO.

Q: If I fail to raise more than 20 million rupiah, what consequences will I face?
A: MMRFC24 participants who fail to raise more than 20 million rupiah by August 15, 2024, will not be included in the awarding ceremony session on August 24, 2024, at the Rack Pack Collection Event at Bali United Training Center. However, the final fundraising deadline is until August 30, 2024, as indicated in the Important Dates table

A: If your race result successfully places you to the podium according to the race rules, then you can still receive the podium prize.

Q: Can the free slot prize for Maybank Marathon 2025 be converted to cash?
A: The free slot prize cannot be converted to cash or cannot be transferred to others.

Q: What happens if I cancel my participation for personal reasons?
A: If the cancellation is due to personal reasons, no compensation is required, but you will have a freezing period for Maybank Marathon events for the next 2 years.

Q: What happens if I cancel my participation due to injury during training, as proven by a doctor's examination?
A: If the cancellation is due to injury during training, proven by a specialist doctor's examination, then you may be exempt from any material lost responsibilities.
