The Maybank Marathon Run For Charity 2025 (MMRFC25) is a program designed to accommodate and appreciate marathon runners who not only have an interest in long-distance run but also have a high level of interest and concern for social activities, through fundraising activities that will be channeled to beneficiaries. The MMRFC25 program collaborates with 5 experienced strategic partners in the respective sustainability programs established by the organizing committee.

Q: Is there a quota or limitation for selected participants?
A: The total allocated quota for the MMRFC25 program is 25 participants, with each social partner having 5 participants.
Q: I am a foreign national with a KITAS, can I register for the MMRFC25 program?
A: Yes, this program is open to all nationalities, whether residing in Indonesia or outside Indonesia.
Q: Can I register twice, either within the same pillar or different pillars?
A: No, multiple registrations are not allowed. If duplication is found within the same or different pillars, only the first registration will be considered valid. You will be given the opportunity to choose 2 pillars at once during registration based on your priority.
Q: What is the donation/registration fee for selected MMRFC25 participants?
A: The registration fee for MMRFC25 is Rp. 500,000 for both Indonesian and foreign nationals. The entire registration fee will be donated whether the participant is selected or not selected in the MMRFC25 program.
Q: What are the technical details of fundraising that I will do if I am selected?
A: Selected participants will undergo orientation with the NGO and will be guided to conduct fundraising using the platforms provided by the NGO.
Q: If I fail to raise more than IDR 10 million, what consequences will I face?
A: MMRFC25 participants who fail to raise more than IDR 10 million by 15 August 2025 will be cancelled to participate on Race Day, but the donations collected will still be distributed to the selected social partners. However, the runner will still be given the opportunity to make additional donations from their personal pocket to reach the donation target in order to continue participating in the MMRFC25 program. If the runner is unwilling, their participation will be canceled.
Q: I am officially registered in the MMRFC25 program, and my race result on 24 August 2025 places me to the podium. Can I still receive the podium prize?
A: If your race result successfully places you to the podium according to the race rules, then you can still receive the podium prize.
Q: If I am not selected as the MMRFC25 runner which will be announced on 17 February 2025, can I still apply for the Maybank Marathon 2025 through the Public Drawing from 11 – 24 February 2025?
A: Of course, you still can apply and get the same opportunity as other potential participants.
Q: Can the free slot prize for Maybank Marathon 2026 be converted into money?
A: The slot prize cannot be converted into money and cannot be transferred to another person.
Q: What happens if I cancel my participation for personal reasons?
A: If the cancellation is due to personal reasons, no compensation is required, but you will have a freezing period for Maybank Marathon events for the next 2 years.
Q: What happens if I cancel my participation due to injury during training, as proven by a doctor's examination?
A: If the cancellation is due to injury during training, proven by a specialist doctor's examination, then you may be exempt from any material lost responsibilities.
Q: What happens if I cancel my participation due to force majeure?
A: If the cancellation is due to force majeure, then you may be exempt from any material lost responsibilities.
Q: Is there an official written contract that I will need to sign if I qualify for the MMRFC25 program?
A: No.
