After Trip

Convert your transactions in Japan to 0% up to 36 months installment with the following tenor and minimum transaction requirements:

1. Minimum transactions are applied in a single receipt.
2. Only valid for transactions on EDC machines with Yen currency.
3. Contact Maybank Customer Care at 1500611 or email to customercare@maybank.co.id with the email subject 0% Installment Yen.
4. The maximum limit for conversion to installments is 5 days before the due date of your next Maybank JCB Credit Card bill.
5. Transaction converted into 0% installment will be charged conversion fee of IDR20 thousands per transaction.
6. Maybank JCB Credit Card must be in active condition, not in arrears, not over limit, suspended, cancelled or violating the terms and conditions and/or agreement of the cardholder.
7. If Maybank JCB Credit Cardholder makes the early termination for the installment, Cardholder will be charged by penalty fee of IDR300 thousands per transaction.

Insurance Shopping Protection

Protection for the purchased goods from damage (unintentional or caused due to carelessness of the wearer) with an insurance value of up to IDR20 million.

Shopping Protection

For any movable goods, for example electronic devices, which are purchased using Maybank JCB Credit Card outside Indonesia, all damages resulting from accidents on these objects will be covered for 45 days from the date of purchase.

Fee Compensation

Maximum as purchase fee of IDR20 million per year.

Exclusion of Goods Conditions

Lost, stolen, improper use, alteration of items, modification, natural damage (including stained, bent, curved, rusty, faded), affected by an earthquake, etc.

Exception Type of Goods

• Ships, aiIDRlanes, cars, motorcycles, bicycles, gliders, surfboards, other boards (for sports), sailing equipment, and all its accessories, and the equivalent of these objects.
• Dentures, or other artificial organs, lenses, and the equivalent of these objects.
• Plants and animals.
• Cash, shopping receipts, checks, securities, stampings, stamps, and the equivalent of these items.
• Books, copies, blueprints, and their equivalent.
• Telephone sets, cellular phones, and the equivalent.
• Food and food ingredients.
• Products related to work / occupation.

Claim Fee

Cardholder must pay a claim fee of IDR1 million per incident.

Required Documents

• Claim form (will be sent after reporting to Customer Care).
• Sales draft (proof of credit card transaction slip) for the purchase of goods to be claimed.
• Credit Card monthly billing statement (to prove purchase of goods).
• Copy of passport (to prove overseas spending or not) : departure stamp page and photo page.
• Repair bills.
• Photos of damaged products (especially for fires and others, required according to circumstances).
• Other documents (depending on claim case).
