• The 1 million initial deposit must be maintained until the end of the month of account opening month.

• Cash Reward terms :
  1. The cash reward is not applicable in multiple terms and will be credited to Maybank U iB Savings Account within maximum of 30 working days calculated from the first working day of the month after account opening day.
• IDR4,5 million Umrah discount voucher terms and conditions :
  1. Discount voucher will be given to the Customer within 60 days from the date Customer is successfully qualified for the program.
  2. The voucher is only valid for Umrah package redemption with Khazzanah Tour & Travel and Khalifah Asia Tour & Travel.
  3. The voucher must be redeemed no later than 30 June 2026 calculated from the day the voucher received by the Customer.
  4. Voucher is non cashable and cannot be exchanged for other prizes.
  5. Voucher is non-transferable and valid for one (1) umrah package only.
  6. Khazzanah Tour & travel (PT Khazannah Al-Anshary) are official partner of Maybank Indonesia. Partner operate as licensed Umrah and Special Hajj Travel Agencies under the supervisions of Indonesian Ministry of Religious Affairs.

  8. Customer agree to get contacted for Umrah and Hajj promotions.

  10. If there’s any increasing amount of package price shall be borne by the Customer.
  11. Umrah package is not Maybank Indonesia’s product.
  12. Departure confirmation and Umrah travel service are fully the responsibility of Khalifah Asia Khazzanah Tour and travel.
  13. Prices, schedule, and Umrah departure program are subject to change at any time in accordance with partner’s policies.
• Exclusive shopping voucher irresistible:
  1. Voucher will be given to the Customer after Customer successfully open saving account via M2U ID App and place an initial fund.
  2. Exclusive shopping voucher is non cashable and cannot be exchanged to other form of prize.
  3. Exclusive shopping voucher is only valid from 7-12 march 2026.
• All prized are awarded on a net basis after deduction of the applicable 20% tax.

• Customer will be charged a program cancellation fee according to the selected scheme and early account closure cancellation fee (1% of the last balance of a minimum IDR100,000), if :
  1. Customer request to close account before specified maturity date
  2. There are three (3) failed debits from the source account for monthly installment resulting in automatic account closure by system, Customer are required to ensure sufficient balance are available in the source account each month to avoid failed debits,
  3. Customer will get profit sharing rate with applied terms and conditions
