Terms and Conditions

• This program is valid for all individual Customers aged 17–55 years old, with a maximum age of 60 years at program deadlines.
• Customers may participate in the program under the following two scheme options:
  1. Fund Placement Scheme
     1. How to participate: Visit the nearest Maybank branch.

     2. This scheme applies to the following types of Maybank Savings Accounts:
        1. Maybank U iB Savings Account
        2. Maybank Tabungan Reguler iB Savings Account (excluding Tabungan iB Savings Account with Wadiah contract)
        3. Maybank Tabungan MAKSI iB Savings Account
        4. Maybank Tabungan or Woman One iB Savings Account
        5. Maybank Tabungan MyArafah Savings Account
        6. Maybank Tabungan Payroll One iB Savings Account
        7. Maybank Tabungan SuperKidz iB Savings Account (maximum tenor 12 months)
     3. Customers are required to place/top up fresh funds into a Maybank Savings Account. The funds will be blocked for a specified period. Fresh fund definition:
        1. New funds in the form of cash deposits and not transfers from other Maybank accounts.
        2. New funds received via incoming transfer from another bank.
     4. If funds are withdrawn before the end of the blocking period at the Customers request for any reason, including death, an administration/cancellation fee will apply in accordance with prevailing terms.
  2. Regular Savings Scheme via M2U ID App
     1. How to participate: Open a Maybank MyPlan Plus iB Savings Account with a Maybank Savings Account as the source account.

     2. The source account used in this program must not be a joint account (OR/AND/QQ).
     3. Customers will be charged a cancellation administration fee (1% of the last balance or a minimum of IDR 100,000) and a program cancellation fee as stated in the Maybank MyPlan Plus iB Savings Account opening notification email if:
        1. The account is closed before the specified maturity date.
        2. There are three (3) failed monthly auto-debit attempts, resulting in automatic account closure by the system. Customers must ensure sufficient funds in the source account on the same date each month as the account opening date.
        3. The account is closed before maturity upon request by heirs or due to three (3) failed debits resulting from the Customers death and/or other reasons.

• Prize options in this program are subject to the established terms and conditions. Maybank Indonesia cannot accommodate special requests from Customers for specific denominations, and will be subject to availability.
• Customers may participate in this program more than once during the program period.
• Cash reward prize conditions:
  1. The reward will be credited to the customer’s main/source account within a maximum of 30 working days after successful participation.
• Terms and conditions for e-vouchers for Umrah:
  1. The e-voucher will be sent to the Customers registered email address within a maximum of 60 working days from the participation date.
  2. The e-voucher can only be used to purchase Umrah packages from Maybank’s partnered Umrah travel agencies.
  3. Customers may contact the listed Person in Charge (PIC) and present the e-voucher along with their selected package.

  4. E-voucher is valid for all Umrah packages, including Umrah Plus, until 31 December 2026.
  5. E-voucher is non-transferable.
  6. E-voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or other rewards.
  7. The procurement and service of Umrah facilities are fully the responsibility of the Umrah partner.
  8. Customers agree to be contacted by the Umrah partner for verification and package offers.
  9. Any complaints regarding Umrah services should be directed to the respective partner’s PIC.
  10. The Umrah package is not a product of Maybank Indonesia.
  11. Departure certainty and Umrah travel services are fully the responsibility of the partner.
• Rewards are provided on a net basis, after a 20% tax deduction.
• Customers will continue to receive applicable interest/profit-sharing returns on their Maybank/Maybank iB Savings Accounts in accordance with prevailing rates.
• Rewards are funded by the Bank and are not part of the Customers profit-sharing.
• Matters not stated above refer to the general Terms and Conditions of Maybank Gift via M2U ID App.
• PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk reserves the right to cancel, postpone, extend, or terminate the program; and to amend, remove, or add terms and conditions at its sole discretion with notice in accordance with applicable regulations via www.maybank.co.id.
• PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk also reserves the right to disqualify customers proven or suspected of committing fraud, violating applicable laws and regulations, and/or engaging in deliberate manipulation related to this program.
