3. Join Maybank GIFT program by opening Maybank MyPlan Plus/MyPlan Plus iB Savings Account. Customers are required to have a fund source account from Maybank/Maybank iB Savings Account, except for Maybank/Maybank iB Savings Account with a joint account ownership type (OR/AND/QQ).
4. The Customer will be charged a penalty/administration fee for program cancellation according to the scheme chosen by the Customer and an administration fee for closing the account before maturity (1% of the final balance or a minimum of IDR100 thousand), if:
   1. The Customer closes the account before the specified maturity date.
   2. There is a failed debit on the source account 3 (three) times the monthly deposit, so the account will be closed automatically by the system. The Customer is obliged to provide funds in the fund source account every month on the debit date chosen by the Customer, according to the monthly deposit amount to avoid debit failures.
   3. The Customer's account is closed before the specified maturity date at the request of the Heir/debit fails 3 (three) times due to the Customer's death and/or for other purposes.
5. Customers will continue to receive the interest rate/yield rate for Maybank Savings/Maybank iB Savings Account, in accordance with the applicable interest rate/yield provisions.
6. PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk has the right to cancel, postpone, extend or terminate this program beforehand; vary, delete or add one of the terms and conditions of the absolute decision by providing notification in accordance with the applicable provisions and will be informed at www.maybank.co.id
