Terms and Conditions

Applicable for those who are not yet Customers or do not yet have any products available at Maybank.
Customers may enter only one referral code, either in the referral code field or in the promo code field. If different codes are entered in both fields, the Customer will be deemed ineligible to participate in the program.

Maintain your monthly average daily balance and perform the required transactions for 3 consecutive months from the date the account is opened, based on the following criteria:

The program quota is determined based on customers who complete their account opening first and who fully comply with the applicable program terms and conditions
A minimum of 3 financial transactions per month via M2U ID App using the Maybank U/U iB saving account is required for 3 consecutive months.
Eligible financial transactions for this program include bill payments, mobile credit/data purchases, e-wallet/e-money top-ups, and QR transactions conducted via the M2U ID App
The e-voucher reward amount received by Customer is determined based on the daily average balance in the first month and will remain applicable for the following months.

Example Scenarios:
- Customer A opened a Maybank U/U iB saving account via M2U ID App On 1 April 2026. By the end of April 2026, the Customer maintains an average daily balance of IDR 10 million and completes 3 transactions. They will receive an e-voucher worth IDR100,000 for April.
  If Customer A continues to maintain the same average daily balance and completes a minimum of 3 financial transactions during May and June 2026, they will receive e-vouchers of IDR100,000 each month, totaling IDR300,000.
- Customer B opened a Maybank Tabungan U/U iB account via M2U ID App on 1 April 2026. By the end of April, the Customer has the highest average daily balance with at least IDR 20 million and completes 3 transactions. They will receive an e-voucher worth IDR300,000.
  If Customer B maintains the highest average daily balance (min. IDR 20 million) and completes at least 3 transactions in May and June 2026, they will receive IDR300,000 per month, totaling IDR900,000.
- Customer C opened a Maybank U/U iB saving account via M2U ID App on 1 April 2026. By the end of April 2026, the Customer maintains an average daily balance of IDR 10 million and completes 3 transactions. They will receive an e-voucher worth IDR100,000 for April.
  If in May and June 2026 the Customer maintains an average daily balance of IDR 20 million and completes 3 financial transactions, they will still receive an e-voucher reward of IDR100,000 in May and IDR100,000 in June, for a total of IDR300,000. This is because the e-voucher reward tier is determined based on the average daily balance in the first month.
Average daily balance and qualifying transactions must use the same Maybank U/U iB saving account opened during the program period.
This program cannot be combined with other Maybank savings account opening promotions.
Blibli e-vouchers will be sent to the Customer’s registered email address in Maybank’s system. Please ensure your email address is correct and active. If a Customer requests an email change after the voucher has been sent, resending the voucher will not be possible.
E-vouchers are distributed monthly at the latest on the last business day of the following month for 3 consecutive months, provided the requirements are met.
