• Credit bonuses are granted if the purchase is declared successful by the Telkomsel system.
• Credit bonuses will be sent to the Customer within 1x24 hours after a successful transaction of purchasing Telkomsel credit/data plan through the M2U ID App, M2U ID Web, or Maybank ATM.
• The bonus is granted a maximum of 5 times for each Telkomsel number that transacts during the program period.
• Check data plan, internet, and regular credit through MyTelkomsel or *888# or *800#.
• If there are issues regarding credit bonuses that have not been received, Customers can contact the Telkomsel Call Center at 188 or 08071811811 (from abroad).
