We would like to inform you that the fee-free conversion feature for Maybank Global Access/Global Access iB/Global Access Signature/Signature iB Savings Accounts applicable only to Customers who opened these accounts on or before 28 June 2026. Will be subject to the following adjustments:

Free cash withdrawal, balance inquiry, fund transfer, or failed transaction fees at any Domestic ATM	Free cash withdrawals at any domestic ATM as long as Customer maintain a minimum balance of IDR500,000 before the transaction.	Free cash withdrawals at any domestic ATM with maintaining a minimum average monthly balance of IDR500,000 on previous month. Fees will be credited to the Customer account at the end of the following month.

Customers may continue to enjoy the following benefits:

Available in IDR and 12 other global currencies (USD, SGD, AUD, GBP, EUR, JPY, CAD, HKD, NZD, CNY, CHF, MYR).
Unlimited free BI-FAST transfers via M2U ID App by maintaining a minimum average balance of IDR500,000 in the previous month.
Free transact via M2U ID App/Web up to 35 times per month by maintaining a minimum average balance starting from IDR2,000,000 in the previous month.
Free monthly administration fees by maintaining a minimum daily balance of IDR5,000,000.
Free cash withdrawals, balance inquiries, inter-account transfers, or failed transaction fees at any domestic ATM by maintaining a minimum average balance starting from IDR500,000 in the previous month.
Sharia-compliant savings account option available.
