Dear Maybank Credit Cardholders,

We hereby inform you that effective 28 October 2025, there will be adjustments to the Maybank TREATS terms and conditions for Maybank Credit Cards as follows:

Transactions that are not eligible for Maybank TREATS:

Conditions valid until 27 October 2025

Effective conditions 28 October 2025

Maybank XBill PLN, Telkom and other fees.
Maybank XCash and Balance Conversion.
Transaction QR with Maybank Credit Card funds.

Maybank XBill PLN, Telkom and other fees.
Maybank XCash and Balance Conversion.
Transaction QR with Maybank Credit Card funds.
Payment transactions, both online and offline, including the following categories: online taxes, customs, immigration fees, BPJS, or other transactions included in Merchant Category Code (MCC) 9311 (tax), and 9399 (government services).
Payment transactions, both online and offline, including the following categories: electricity, drinking water, or other transactions included in Merchant Category Code (MCC) 4900 (utilities) , with a transaction value above IDR 10,000,000 per card.
