• After making transactions, claim your cashback by choosing these following steps:
  
  1. Send SMS to 69 811 with the format: REG<space>HAT using your mobile number registered at Maybank system.
     Please update your personal info if there’s any changes by calling Maybank Customer Care at 1500611  to update your data.
• Cashback will be credited to your Maybank Credit Card at the latest by 31^st January 2020.
• When cashback is credited, your Maybank Credit Card must be in active condition, not blocked, no usage exceed the limit and no overdue payment.
• PT Maybank Indonesia Tbk have the rights to cancel, postpone, prolong or terminate this program before deleting or adding one of the terms and conditions with absolute decision giving the information with 7 working days before through website at www.maybank.co.id
